Solved it, I still had a single file in epm that was (well appears to be<BR>
that file) throwing it off the scent of my theme.<BR>

Can anyone help me with this, or at least point me in the right direction.<BR>
I still can not get eprints to use my theme, it must be in a config file<BR>
somewhere but I have no idea where. It started after using a bazaar<BR>
installed template and then changing<BR>
back (well that's what I thought I was doing).<BR>

I've noticed that the generated css file still contains input from the<BR>
previously unistalled theme.<BR>
I'm sure tried everything to regenerate the css but I must be missing<BR>

Hi I installed a theme to have a look at how it was doing things but when<BR>
I got rid of it to go back to use my own one, eprints reverts to a half<BR>
default/half the deleted theme version.<BR>
In archives/arvhivename/cfg/cfg.d/branding.pl I have my theme named with:<BR>
$c->{theme} = "mytheme";<BR>
<BR>
I'm presuming that it should be enabled somewhere else, but it worked<BR>
previously before I tried out the other theme.<BR>
