This may be similar to an issue we had when we upgraded to Perl 5.14 (it's a while back now so I can't recall the details).  Our solution was to remove Unicode::Normalize from eprints/perl_lib thus forcing EPrints to use the system library.<br/>

has not been solved yet. We tried to install next 3.2.9 version of EPrints<br/>

It seems there is a discrepancy in Perl modules supplied with EPrints and in home system. Supplied Normalize.pm has version label 0.23, while the same for home system has label 1.10.<br/>

Upgrade from CPAN updates only home system files, but not supplied ones.<br/>
