[EP-tech] Can it be done... Subject hierarchy and using it within compound fields

Hi All,

I have been asked to check, whether it's viable (or even possible) to morph the existing implementation of the subjects into a compound field...

The use case for this is to allow adding some weightings once the subjects have been chosen...

e.g. If two subjects are added to the eprint item, the extra datafield would indicate a proportion split maybe 60% to subject1 and 40% to subject2.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Matt.
