[EP-tech] TestEmail missing from EPrints 3.4

Hi

 

                I wanted to send a test email from EPrints 3.4, but on inspecting the 3.3 and 3.4 codebase in Github, I note that the EPrints::Plugin::Screen::Admin::TestEmail plugin doesn’t appear to ship with 3.4.  Any ideas why this is the case?
