[EP-tech] Question concerning Cover Sheets

Hi,

After problems with that plugin we have deactivated it. That rewriting 
you mentioned went amok in our repository. The problem occurred with 
some documents, not all. It did not always recognize that the coversheet 
version has already been generated, so finally there were x copies of 
the same document and they constantly added up while people would 
download it.

That is why I cannot recommend to use it.
