Can you do
ls /usr/share/eprints3/
and show us the output.
Once we’ve resolved the problem, to set up the stats you should only need to run the command
process_stats repositoryupt --setup --verbose
You don’t need to run the command with the >/dev/null manually – that is the one you put in a cron job once the setup has run successfully.

here's my step and error message=
