[EP-tech] Base-URL rewrite

Hello,

we are trying to build a testing-clone for each of our repositories,  and sync them with git.

e.g.: Production: "tuprints", Test-clone: "tuprints-test"

But when addressing tuprints-test in browser (tuprints has alias tuprints-test in 10_core.pl), most links lead us to tuprints, although we configured "redirect => no".

Where are we failing?
