[EP-tech] Bazaar Plugin not showing in EPrints

It does appear for me in the ‘available’ plugins tab.
If you have the current version installed already it will only be in your ‘Installed’ tab.

I am the author of the APP plugin in the EPrints Bazaar: http://bazaar.eprints.org/460/
My problem is that the plugin does not show up in the list of available plugins when trying to install from the EPrints admin backend. Does anyone have an idea why this is the case?
