What problems are you having in practice with these filenames?

Subject: [EP-tech] File-names validation

Hi all,
some users submit files with problematic names. They use special
characters or accented letters.

How can i add a validation rule on filenames like this:

- no empty spaces
- no special characters or accented letters

- only plain letters, numbers and underscores

?
