[EP-tech] Altmetrics and Connotea

I recently installed the Altmetrics bazaar plugin (http://bazaar.eprints.org/340/)
It works well, but it displayed "0 readers on Connotea" on every badge, as it does on most repositories.
Connotea has been discontinued in 2013, and Altmetrics does not track this data anymore, so the references to Connotea should be removed in the plugin.
