[EP-tech] EPrints 3.4 Preview 1 released

Hi All,

We are pleased to announce the release of EPrints 3.4 Preview 1.
This is the initial release of EPrints 3.4, where the publications-centric configuration has been separated out into its own package.
This means a cut down EPrints “zero” can be installed and then extended more cleanly for non-publication repository use.
Or the publications “flavour” can be installed to give the more familiar EPrints repository.

There will further releases and packages in due course.
