[EP-tech] EPrints Export Plugins

Hi all,

I'm in the process of documenting and porting an existing EPrints 
installation, and I'm struggling to find the source of some export 
plugins.  Namely

.../archives/.../cfg/plugins/EPrints/Plugin/Export/

MODSNEEO.pm  - MODS for NEEO

NEEO.pm  - NEEO

OAI_QDC.pm - Qualified Dublin Core - OAI Schema

I don't really want to just copy these over without documenting their 
pedigree.  Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
