[EP-tech] Repairing a corrupted Xapian index

Hi all,

it may happen that the Xapian database used for quick search in an EPrints
repo (EPrints 3.3+) gets corrupted.

We have developed tools for backuping and repairing the Xapian index (and
that are a real time saver) and provide those on GitHub:
