[EP-tech] Training Video: Browse View Configuration

OK, it's a 40-odd minute monster, but the browse view configuration video is now linked on the wiki.  Any volunteers to create and index and sort out the training course page properly.  I've added it to the documentation_needed category, so once the page is done, that category should be removed.
