[EP-tech] ordering of subjects on the same level

Hi folks,

as shown on current demo repository and attached as picture the order of subjects in the selection tree is somehow strange ...
at least for any non-IT-nerd ;(
How to influence the ordering in subject tree as well as in the browse view, especially for existing non-ASCII characters?
