[EP-tech] Installing irstats2

Hi,

I already install irstats2 from eprints bazaar. the process is success. the
next process is it I must run this command :
*/archives/REPO_ID/bin/stats/process_stats
REPO_ID --setup --verbose* OR maybe other command

When I run http://sir.stikom.edu/cgi/stats/report, the display is
empty. I already attach the screenshoot.

Is there any process that I must running???

*Notes : *
when I run this command :
/archives/REPO_ID/bin/stats/process_stats REPO_ID --setup --verbose

it shows error :
