[EP-tech] Re: EPrints and Apache 2.4 (/Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

My 14.04 already uninstall and back to 12.04, and I forget the error. But
from web, I always get http 500/http 503 (also forget which one). Maybe I
will try on my localhost with 14.04.

I hope you can find the solution.
