[EP-tech] Re: Eprints wiki

Hello, 

We've had issues with power in a few key buildings on-campus so we've
lost all network connectivity yesterday evening and since this morning.
Things are coming back up and we'll try to restart our VM's (wiki, ...)
when possible. Sorry about this.
