[EP-tech] editing workflow config files

Hi


I'm having a problem editing the workflow config files

workflows/eprint/default.xml

whenever I place my cursor in the area that I want to edit, it jumps and then does not allow me to go back to the specific line I wanted to edit. Is there something I am doing wrong? (p.s. I have editing rights)
