Hi,

I added dot as thousand separator changing this line:

/plugins/EPrints/Plugin/Stats/Utils.pm

-229     $human = ( $d ? ",$1" : "$1" ).$human;
+229     $human = ( $d ? ".$1" : "$1" ).$human;
