[EP-tech] Import::ISIWoK

hi,

I can not make operational data import from WOS. I have the following 
message: "Unhandled exception in ISIWoK Import :: Plugin returned undef".

Previously I declared IP of my server here ( 
http://ip-science.thomsonreuters.com/info/terms-amr/) and there 
(http://ip-science.thomsonreuters.com/info/ws_form/?agree=0&x=38&y=6)

I forced the installation of ISIWOK because all tests are not passed:

modified before installation the library as shown here

when i try "//appli/eprints/bin/import oatao archive ISIWoK 
/tmp/query.txt --parse-only --dump --user=1/"

I have this response:

operation./

Is it a technical problem or access authorization webservices? I am 
interested in any useful information. Thanks !
