[EP-tech] Only allow to upload one pdf-File

Hi

I'm trying to restrict uploading to one document per eprint.
It is easy to test that there is only one file at validation-time 
("Deposit"), but is there a way to not allow uploading, when there is 
already another file?

It would be perfect, if there would be the option "overwrite" instead.

And to the same subject: how could I restrict uploading to only pdf-Files?
