hi

we using piwik as website analytical tool.
the hits from the live and the developing environment should not be
counted on the same piwik siteid.

now the code is laying for each language in lang/xx/templates/default.xml

and for rolling out new versions it would be helpful, only to have the
maschine depending piwik code snippet somewhere, which could be
ignored when rollout.

is there a place where additional html header code can be deposed,
which will be added to the website when generate_static?
