Hi Lizz,
I'm not a specialist of IE and related issues (always trying to run away
from it), but check your template has:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />
as the first tag under <head>
Otherwise try to spot any javascript-related issues whilst loading the
page?
