[EP-tech] EPrints utility scripts

so it was a premature 'farewell' earlier :-)

I've added the following repo on github: https://github.com/eprints/scripts

And I've added there two basic scripts to use on EPrints 3.3 - one shows 
how to search over a dataset, the other one how to import data from CSV.

Please use them as template (I hate re-inventing the wheel) and add more 
such scripts you think could be re-used by others! :-)
