[EP-tech] eprints error

Dear Sir/Madam

I attemped to inatall Eprints for our university. my OS is ubuntu13.10 
. Eprints was installed by apt-get. I configured its repository step 
by step. there were any error or problem til this step.
but when I want to run "sudo a2ensite eprints" , I get this error:

root at administrator-virtual-machine:~# sudo a2ensite eprints
ERROR: Site eprints does not exist!

I checked my /etc/apache2/sites-available folder, there is eprints 
file with this line into it "Include 
/usr/share/eprints3/cfg/apache.conf"

please help me
