[EP-tech] UploadMethod "File"

Hi everyone

After the upgrade from eprints 3.2 to 3.3, the file upload seems to have 
changed:
by default it now is a "drag-and-drop-container" which uploads the 
selected file immediately and shows a progress-bar while uploading.

But if the upload fails, there is no error-message shown.

Can anybody help to get the error-messages, or even better to get the 
old behaviour back (with browse, choose file, check and then the upload 
button)
