Hi Derek,

I think you'll need to edit:

- archives/<id>/cfg/cfg.d/dynamic_template.pl:

$c->{plugins}->{"Screen::Register"}->{actions}->{register}->{appears}->{key_tools} 
= *undef*;

- archives/<id>/cfg/cfg.d/register.pl:

$c->{allow_web_signup} = *0*;

Restart Apache and have a look if it removes the Create account link.
