[EP-tech] : HTTPS Problem in links

Problem occur  only in .."CREATE ACCOUNT LINK"...  for ....create account
page and in login page

After i got into login page ...when i click "CREATE ACCOUNT LINK" ..its
goes back to normal cgi/users..in https....

"not found.. page" .in https

i know its because of https..and link



same thing happen again in Create  account page..for "CREATE ACCOUNT LINK"
but it works fine in in first vist...but not from login page


so,

how do i change to get  back.. /secure/cgi/users/..for create account link

 what should i do please help me
