hi Seb
when I use it "/cgi/users/home?screen=Items" , then there is no error in apache log 

but error in browser "You may not view this screen: Items."

Any reasons why you're using 3.2.0? This is old... I doubt you'll find many people using it that will be able to help you.
As a pointer, try /cgi/users/home?screen=Items
