when I'm executing the generate_static <archive name> the error was appear 
as below:

[eprints at shdl root]$ /usr/share/eprints/bin/generate_static <archive name>
Unrecognised file in website: 
/usr/share/eprints/archives/shdl/html/en/index.html
Unrecognised file in website: 
/usr/share/eprints/archives/shdl/html/en/contact.html
Unrecognised file in website: 
/usr/share/eprints/archives/shdl/html/en/information.html
Unrecognised file in website: 
/usr/share/eprints/archives/shdl/html/en/eprints/index.html
Unrecognised file in website: 
/usr/share/eprints/archives/shdl/html/en/help/index.html
Unrecognised file in website: 
/usr/share/eprints/archives/shdl/html/en/policies.html
Unrecognised file in website: 
/usr/share/eprints/archives/shdl/html/en/vlit.html
Unrecognised file in website: 
/usr/share/eprints/archives/shdl/html/en/error401.html
To prune unrecognised files run with the --prune option.
