Thanks for your response.

I have deleted all the default division categories and generated new
divisions as per the requirement.

We will go for upgrading the EPRINTS.

The above problem could occur if the categories in the 'divisions' have 
been re-loaded and while doing so, there could have been a mismatch 
between the original and the modified categories.
