[EP-tech] Restricting File Type, File Size and customizing report ID

Hello,
        I want to restrict uploaded file type to only .pdf, .rtf, .odt,
.doc, .docx
        I want to restrict uploaded file size to only 10MB
        I want to make the unique report ID as Reptype_Year_Sem_Counter
        How do i make all these changes in Eprints3.
