[EP-tech] change owner in eprints 3.0.5

Hi List,

Is it possible to change the owner (i.e. depositing user) of an eprint which is in review area (NOT via sql update) in eprints 3.0.5? I know in newer versions of eprints this feature exists (change owner button in admin interface) but I could not quite see this in 3.0.5.
