[EP-tech] Error in file retrieval - after migrate server

Dear all...

I just realize that all old record which i migrate from and old pc can't 
be access.

The files was there, the link just same as the old EPrints setting. I 
checked the Directory, the files was there...

The browser show : 
EPrints System Error 
Error in file retrieval: failed to get file contents 

i already generate static, abstract and view, restart service - indexer, 
httpd

but all seems fail...

No idea now?
