[EP-tech] static page editor (3.3.9)

Hi,

we like to brand our EPrints repository with HOME -> Edit page how described 
in configuration_exercises.pdf.

After click on "Edit page", we got a 500 Internal Server Error:

Can't call method "isa" on an undefined value 
at /opt/eprints3/perl_lib/EPrints/XML.pm line 413.\n
