[EP-tech] Very large subject dataset

Dear all, I've a multilingual subject tree of more than 7000 subjects
and it take usually very long time to load pages where the subjects
are involved. Furthermore, any time I regenerate the views I get:

Use of uninitialized value within %lookup in array element at
/opt/eprints3/bin/../perl_lib/EPrints/Database.pm line 2621.
