[EP-tech] Reload the View

Hi.
We have two eprint-installations, 3.3.7 and  3.3.8 installation on ubuntu. Sometimes when i  click on a view i get:  404 File not Found , Could not find the file: /view/divisions/. But when i reload the view it works fine.
I found this in the apache error log :

Has someone experienced the same, that you sometimes have to reload the view to see it?
