[EP-tech] Deactivate Users

Hi All

Is there any way to deactivate users in the system rather than deleting them??

My organization wishes to use the system such that staffs only are able to deposit items (or have user role). So when a staff leaves the organization I want to be able to deactivate the user's login instead of deleting him/her.
