I try to install eprints. system settings see below.

issue:
perl -I /opt/eprints3/perl_lib -c /opt/eprints3/perl_lib/Apache/DBI.pm
Use of qw(...) as parentheses is deprecated 
at /opt/eprints3/perl_lib/Apache/DBI.pm line 264.
