[EP-tech] Citation count dataset and import plugins v1.1 released

There is an updated version of Citation count dataset and import plugins available on files.eprints.org at http://files.eprints.org/815/

Key features include:

*         Support for WoS Web Services Lite and Premium v3

*         WoS Editions searched are now configurable

*         Support for new Scopus API

*         Support for access to the Scopus API via HTTP proxy

*         Support for EPrints 3.3

A big thank you to Seb Francois, who provided the updates. Seb is also working on repackaging this for the EPrints Bazaar so stay tuned for further updates.
