[EP-tech] Unable to login after upgrading from 3.2.8 to 3.3.8

Hi,

I have upgraded a repository containing just over 7000 items from 3.2.8 to 3.3.8.  Everything looks hunky-dory, except I cannot login.  When I click on the link on the Login link on the home page, I just get a blank screen.

Any ideas?
