[EP-tech] Attempt to read_params without a mod_perl request system error

Hi,

We're running a 3.2.9 EPrints system with MePrints installed on a Debian Squeeze box.  Following an ip move, I've discovered that running generate_static fails, returning the system error message below.  

generate_views and generate_abstracts are also returning similar mod_perl request errors.  

It seems that the generate_ scripts fail as they run through the MePrints Screen plugins but I'm at a loss as to why.  

Any help with fixing this gratefully received.
