[EP-tech] [3.3.8] adding metadata field with web interface

Hi Guys,

as I'm installing eprints for "common humans" I found the "add
metadata fields" function in the interface extremely useful. The only
point is that there are two bugs:
- adding a compound field - the page does not show create subfield
- when you add multilang field, eprints add the subfield lang
automatically into the zz_webconf_eprint... file generating an error
(subfield lang is implicit in multilang)
