[eHealth] Re: check for conflicts with panel

Hi everyone,

I was about to get engaged in the discussion, and as luck would have it, rechecked the CHI '09 advanced program. The schedule has changed since it was originally posted. I now have a conflict with the panel, as it is scheduled at the same time that I am presenting a paper (I did not have this conflict when the schedule was originally posted). The organizers are looking into it, but it's unlikely that they will be able to move anything because the schedule has been sent for printing.

While they did look for scheduling conflicts before they changed the schedule, they did not have all of our names. The names they scheduled around were mc, Paul, Ryen, and Desney. For the rest of you, I would encourage you to check the schedule to ensure that you do not have a conflict with the panel now.

I hope this will be resolved so that I can join you in April!
