key personal connections, and encourages interested undergraduates’ progress into a Masters or PhD programme.

<p class="MsoNormal">Any undergraduate may apply for an internship, but we particularly want to take positive action to ensure that female undergraduates are aware of this opportunity, and to encourage them to continue past undergraduate level in fields related
