with Women In Science and Engineering
(wisecampaign.org.uk), ExxonMobil would like to invite
a selection of your ECS students to our
<b>2015 ‘Women in ExxonMobil’ event </b>in Central
London on the <b>8<sup>th</sup> – 9<sup>th</sup>
February 2015</b>. Similar to last year, the event
is being held to promote diversity within the
Engineering employment sector, acknowledging that a
diverse workforce is often the strongest. Our
recruitment campaigns have highlighted a significant
disparity among female and male employees, and
therefore we believe showcasing a variety of
Engineering<span style="color:#1F497D">
</span>opportunities will be of benefit to both the
students and the profession.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">A number of senior
female leaders within ExxonMobil will offer their
experiences and an insight into their career to date,
as well as provide the delegated students an
opportunity to ask questions during a management
forum. The afternoon will offer the students a chance
to speak with various Business Functions and recent
Graduate hires at ExxonMobil, as well as providing an
informal setting to ask questions relating to the
recruitment process.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><span
lang="EN-US">Details of the event are as follows:

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:36.0pt"><span
lang="EN-US">Students will arrive at St Ermin’s Hotel
in Central London (</span><a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.sterminshotel.co.uk"><span
style="color:windowtext" lang="EN-US">www.sterminshotel.co.uk</span></a><span
lang="EN-US">) by 5.30pm on Sunday 8<sup>th</sup>
February and will be provided one night’s shared
accommodation in a Twin room. During a dinner hosted
by ExxonMobil that evening, students will be
introduced to various ExxonMobil and WISE
representatives. On Monday 9th February, St Ermin’s
Hotel will host the day event which will conclude by
4.30pm. All reasonable travel expenses will be covered
– further details will be sent in an email to follow.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">We would very much
appreciate if you could nominate four female
Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering
or Computer Science undergraduates to be invited to
the ‘Women in ExxonMobil’ event. These students should
be looking to complete a 2016 Summer Placement or a
2016 Year Placement and Graduate in 2017 and 2018
respectively. We would be most interested in meeting
those who have shown an interest in the Engineering
employment sector – perhaps through a Women In
Engineering Society or as an executive on the Society
Board. </span></p>
