You are invited to attend our free Zumba session on the 13^th of 
November 2014*

Theano Zumba event will feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin 
and international beats. It is inspired by Latin dance and is an 
effective, totally exhilarating, easy to follow and calorie burning 
fitness class, which will move you toward health and joy.

So if you are ready to party yourself into shape, then come and join us.


We will be running two sessions. The first one between 5pm and 5:45pm 
and the second session will be between 5:45pm and 6:30 pm.**
