[ECSWomen] Facebook Hackathon and ECSWomen goFIT team

Hello everyone!

I hope the new semester started well for all of you!

On 23th February 2013 Facebook London will be hosting a "Women in Computing Hackathon" at their Central London office. The registration is open till 15 February. Here is the link for this event: http://www.amiando.com/fbwomenhack.html.

ECSWomen takes part in goFIT Challenge. It's a great opportunity to move more, feel better and think better! Learn more about goFIT: https://gofit.soton.ac.uk/ and join our team: https://gofit.soton.ac.uk/gofit/signup/join/5114ce3b50f8f. The registration deadline is 18th February.

There are also two upcoming ECSWomen events before the Easter break:

On 25th February 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in Seminar room 2 we have the Interview skills presentations and role play event with Diana Fitch from Careers. This placements event special for ECSWomen. The talk will be about the interview skills, how to dress appropriately and get ready for the important day for your career life. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

Next, on 11th March 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in Seminar room 2 we have the Internships and International Placements event with YINI (Year in Industry) and Diana Fitch.
