It will be great to have another strong ECS presence, and the best 
way to have the best time is to put something of your work in. It's a 
great way to meet folks and have people focus on your research 
questions.

Best case: your submission is accepted

worst case is still a win: you submit something and it gets great 
feedback on how to improve it. That's gold to get high level extra 
cycles.

So it's not too late to engage.
